The proposed plan for the 18th edition of the Hoa Lư-Bình Điền Volleyball Cup includes 12 participating teams, consisting of 6 men’s teams and 6 women’s teams. The men’s teams will feature LPBank Ninh Bình, Biên Phòng, Thể Công, Hà Tĩnh, Hà Nội, and Long An. The women’s teams will include LPBank Ninh Bình, VTV Bình Điền Long An, Hà Nội, Geleximco Thái Bình, Thông Tin Trường Tươi Bình Phước, and Xi măng Long Sơn Thanh Hóa.

The tournament is scheduled to take place from February 27th to March 3rd at the provincial sports arena. The opening ceremony will be held at 8:15 PM on February 27th.
